This notice explains how personal data of people who visit this website and fill in the contact form is processed. The Italian version is the original text.

Partidea Srl coordinates the Socialee, Influencee, Gestiamo and Ansera ecosystem. Ansera is a technology partner of the ecosystem.
2. What data we collect
- Data you give us through the contact form: first and last name, email, company or brand, phone number (optional), areas of interest and message.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request. It is recorded automatically by the server hosting the website and is used to make it work and keep it secure.
Fields marked with * are needed so that we can get back to you. Without them we cannot follow up on your request.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We do not carry out profiling and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
4. Who we share data with
Data is processed by authorized Partidea Srl staff and by providers acting as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): the platform we use to collect and manage contacts and to send emails.
- Ansera (technology partner of the ecosystem): if you indicate an interest in Ansera in the form, your request may be forwarded to its team so they can reply.
- Hosting provider for the website and related technical services.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): the page's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may therefore receive your IP address.
Data is not sold to third parties and is not disclosed. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
- Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle them and, if no business relationship arises, no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
- Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
- Browsing data: for the time strictly necessary for website security, according to the hosting provider's settings.
- If you become a customer, contract and tax data is kept for the periods required by law (normally 10 years).
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw your marketing consent from the link in every email or by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
